About Aqua Revenue Stream Incubator
The incubator pays teams to build trading strategies on Aqua, 1inch's shared-liquidity layer, and new instructions for swapVM, its execution layer. Strategies built on swapVM are picked up by 1inch aggregator routing. The program says novelty is the first screen, so check the published list of existing curves and fee instructions before you apply.
This is not a plain grant. In return for up to $50,000, you share a percentage of your revenue with the 1inch DAO from the first dollar. You propose the percentage and the reviewers negotiate it; approved teams so far agreed to between 10% and 50% of a defined revenue base. After three years you can buy out the DAO's share at fair market value.
Anode (formerly StableLab) runs the program and reviews applications with DAOPlomats and Arana Digital. The 1inch Foundation signs grant agreements and runs KYC/KYB. Funded teams so far include Aqua0, Bleu, Steer Finance and 1delta.

The program steward checks completeness, eligibility and scope, and may send revision feedback.

Reviewer vote
You pitch to three delegate reviewers, and at least two of three must approve; the 1inch core team also signs off on the strategy.

KYC and agreement
Approved teams complete KYC/KYB with the 1inch Foundation and sign the revenue-sharing agreement.

Milestone funding
Funds are released in four tranches of 5%, 10%, 35% and 50%, the last when the strategy is live on mainnet and integrated into 1inch.
