About Giveth QF rounds

Giveth is a donation platform for public goods. Any project can create a page and receive donations in many tokens across Ethereum, Gnosis Chain, Optimism, Polygon, Celo, Arbitrum, Base, Stellar and other networks, at any time.

Several times a year Giveth runs quadratic funding rounds, usually with a partner who funds the matching pool and helps set eligibility. Each round has its own application form and guide. Matching uses Connection-Oriented Cluster Match (COCM) to limit Sybil attacks, and payouts follow a 2 to 3 week fraud review and a public results post on the Giveth forum.

Recent rounds include TheDAO's Ethereum Security round (Apr 23 to May 14, 2026), which matched 134 projects from a pool of over 637 ETH, and the Stellar Community Growth round for local event organizers. Separately, projects approved as GIVbacks Eligible get a badge, can be boosted with GIVpower, and their donors are entered into a monthly GIV raffle.
