About Ronin Proof of Distribution

Proof of Distribution is Ronin's reward system for builders. Instead of applying for a grant, you register your game or app and its smart contracts, and each 30-day season you earn a share of the RON pool based on a Builder Score calculated from on-chain activity.

The score weighs NFT volume, DEX volume, gas spend, contract volume, paying users and new paying users, and since Sep 10, 2026 a RON Conviction multiplier that favors projects whose communities hold RON. The Ronin team reviews each season for botting, sybil activity and wash trading before paying out.

In Season 1, Axie Infinity earned over 97K RON, with Gas Infinity and Craft World at about a third of that. PoD is funded from RON previously used for staking rewards; after the Ethereum migration all future RON emissions go to builders through PoD.

    Your Builder Score is calculated each 30-day season and RON is paid to your treasury wallet after an anti-sybil review.
