About MoonDAO Projects
MoonDAO is a DAO working toward a lunar settlement. Each quarter it funds mission-aligned projects from a shared pot: anyone can submit a proposal, the Senate reviews it, teams pitch at a weekly Town Hall, and members vote to prioritize the approved projects.
Approved projects are funded upfront, up to a quarter of the quarterly pot, and get a 3-of-5 multisig with MoonDAO core signers. When a project is done it files a final report and can earn retroactive rewards based on a community vote. The Q4 2026 pot is $8,500 in USDC, so the largest single grant is $2,125.
Proposals follow MoonDAO's template, which asks for novelty and prior art, a 'lunar bridge' explaining how the work helps reach the Moon, SMART key results, budget classes and an IP disclosure.
